Sproutivae™ arranges shipment to destinations displayed as available during the ordering process.
Customers are responsible for entering a complete recipient name and accurate delivery information.
Available products are generally prepared for dispatch within two to four business days unless otherwise stated.
Estimated transit time begins after the parcel is accepted by the applicable delivery provider.

Delivery ranges are planning estimates and are not guaranteed arrival appointments. Weather, public holidays, customs procedures, transportation interruptions, carrier volume, remote-area service, and local delivery conditions may affect arrival.

Products from one order may be stored or prepared at different fulfillment facilities. They may therefore be sent in separate parcels, receive different tracking references, and arrive on different dates.

Tracking information may require additional time to become active after dispatch. Updates are maintained by the delivery provider and may not display every stage of movement.

Changes to delivery information cannot be guaranteed after preparation begins. A parcel returned because of incomplete details, refusal, an unavailable recipient, or repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts may require a new delivery arrangement.

International orders may be subject to customs inspection, import rules, duties, local taxes, or documentation requirements established by destination authorities.

When tracking indicates delivery but a parcel cannot be found, customers should check entrances, mail areas, safe locations, household members, neighbors, reception staff, building management, and carrier notices before reporting the issue.
