RETURN POLICY

Sproutivae™ reviews eligible return requests submitted within 30 days after the recorded delivery date.
Products should generally be unused, clean, complete, and free from damage that occurred after receipt.
Original packaging, instructions, labels, removable parts, and supplied accessories should be included where reasonably available.
Customers must obtain the applicable return instructions before sending an item.
Sproutivae™ is operated by Zhanjiang Yuanyi Technology Co., Ltd.

The request should identify the order, product, and reason for return. Photographs may be required when the issue involves breakage, deformation, missing components, incorrect goods, or a possible production fault.

Used growing media, planted products, opened consumable supplies, personalized labels, and items that have been filled with soil, water, fertilizer, or plant material may not qualify for a preference-based return. This does not remove remedies for products supplied damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Products damaged through overloading, unsuitable heat exposure, improper assembly, harsh chemicals, unauthorized alteration, poor storage, or use outside their described purpose may be excluded where permitted.

After an approved return is received and reviewed, the matter may be resolved with a refund, replacement, or another appropriate remedy. Return transportation may remain the customer’s responsibility when the request results from preference, inaccurate measurements, unsuitable capacity, or incompatibility with the customer’s setup.

Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
